Most of us know that Nuts are high in fat, but did you know they are incredibly healthy and nutritious.

Nuts are loaded with magnesium, Vitamin E, fiber and a variety of other nutrients.

Research studies have shown us that nuts may help us lose weight as well as help fight Type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

In one study almonds were shown to increase weight loss by 62% compared to the same consumption of complex carbs.

Here is one more interesting fact: Our bodies don’t absorb 10-15% of the calories in nuts therefore we are feeling full from the volume of food, but not absorbing all the calories.
